{"id":7278,"date":"2021-08-16T23:26:32","date_gmt":"2021-08-16T23:26:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/nasmar.org\/?p=7278"},"modified":"2021-08-16T23:26:38","modified_gmt":"2021-08-16T23:26:38","slug":"programa-de-gobernanza-hidrica-territorial-en-la-region-13-golfo-de-fonseca","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nasmar.org\/index.php\/2021\/08\/16\/programa-de-gobernanza-hidrica-territorial-en-la-region-13-golfo-de-fonseca\/","title":{"rendered":"Programa de Gobernanza H\u00eddrica Territorial en la Regi\u00f3n 13 Golfo de Fonseca"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>06 de agosto de 2021.<\/strong> En el marco de la Fase 2 del Programa de Gobernanza H\u00eddrica Territorial en la Regi\u00f3n 13 Golfo de Fonseca, financiado por la Agencia Suiza para el Desarrollo y la Cooperaci\u00f3n (COSUDE) y siendo su implementaci\u00f3n facilitada por el consorcio integrado por GFA Consulting Group, la International Development Enterprises (iDE) y Ecopsis S.A., la Mancomunidad de Municipios del Sur (NASMAR) ha realizado talleres participativos para la socializaci\u00f3n de los planes de gesti\u00f3n previamente elaborados en la Fase 1 para las microcuencas Guacirope Baja, R\u00edo Simisir\u00e1n, R\u00edo Laure, R\u00edo Agua Caliente, Nacaome, Baja de Nacaome, Monjar\u00e1s, Esteros 1, Esteros 2.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En estas jornadas, NASMAR present\u00f3 el cronograma de actividades a realizar con cada uno de los Consejos de microcuenca, as\u00ed como con los actores claves que se encuentran en el \u00e1mbito geogr\u00e1fico de cada uno de los organismos de cuenca. A trav\u00e9s de este mecanismo, el Programa plantea la implementaci\u00f3n de la gobernanza h\u00eddrica como un camino fundamental para alcanzar el desarrollo integral de la poblaci\u00f3n de la Regi\u00f3n del Golfo de Fonseca, usando el recurso agua como el eje articulador de la concertaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica, social y ambiental.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As\u00ed mismo, se trabaj\u00f3 en conjunto con la Direcci\u00f3n General de Recursos H\u00eddricos (DGRH) para llevar a cabo el taller de ampliaci\u00f3n y oficializaci\u00f3n del \u00e1mbito geogr\u00e1fico de la Microcuenca Monjar\u00e1s, esto con el prop\u00f3sito de incluir aldeas y caser\u00edos que hab\u00edan quedado afuera del proceso y que ahora pueden tener participaci\u00f3n con el objetivo de promover el di\u00e1logo y la concertaci\u00f3n entre todos los actores usuarios del agua, empleando un enfoque pluralista y democr\u00e1tico.<\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-3
