con la red de mujeres de los municipios de Goascor\u00e1n y El Triunfo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En los meses de octubre y diciembre del 2020, se realizaron dos reuniones con la red de mujeres de los municipios de Goascor\u00e1n y El Triunfo, en dicha reuni\u00f3n se abordaron temas como ser: la percepci\u00f3n del yo\/autoconocimiento, afecto por uno mismo\/autoestima liderazgo, desarrollo personal, trabajo en equipo, este abordaje se dio con la finalidad de que las mujeres puedan mejorar la cohesi\u00f3n interna de la red para una posterior veedur\u00eda y gesti\u00f3n municipal con equidad de g\u00e9nero.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><br \/>Cabe se\u00f1alar que para el proceso desarrollado en el municipio de Goascor\u00e1n se coordin\u00f3 con el Proyecto Gesti\u00f3n Organizativa para el establecimiento de un Sistema de Gobernanza con enfoque en Gesti\u00f3n de Riesgo y Equidad de G\u00e9nero del programa Nuestra Cuenca Goascor\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><br \/>Es importante se\u00f1alar que los temas abordados anteriormente son motivantes para trabajos posteriores, evidentemente existe compromiso y voluntad por parte de la junta directiva de la red de mujeres para el desarrollo de acciones que permitan mejorar las condiciones de sus pares en sus municipios.<\/p>\n\n\n<figure
